Can I bring the domain I already have?
Yes. When Mail opens you'll point two DNS records at Gliddi and mail starts arriving within the hour. We keep your old provider's records in place until you tell us to switch.
Will the price go up?
Starter is €24.99 a month while we're in early access, and it will cost more once we're out. Sign up now and you keep €24.99 for as long as you stay.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get 30 days to export everything as standard mbox, JSON and MP4 files. After that we delete it, and confirm in writing when it's gone.
Do guests cost extra?
No. Someone you invite into a channel or a meeting is not a seat and never shows up on your bill. Elsewhere this is often where the surprise is: a guest in one channel may be free, a guest in two is billed as a member. Here it is the same price whichever channels you share.
Does history expire?
No, on any plan, including Free. Nothing disappears after 90 days, and nothing is hidden behind an upgrade. If it was said in your workspace, you can find it.
Do people outside my company need an account?
No. Guests join a channel or a meeting from a link. They see only what you share, and they never see a price or a sign-up wall.
Is there a discount for non-profits and schools?
Starter and Team are half price for registered non-profits, schools and open-source projects. Write to us with your registration number.
Where do the AI features run?
Drafts and summaries run on your device where the model fits. Anything that leaves the device runs on our own servers in the EU and is never used for training.
Can I pay by invoice?
Team, Business and Custom plans can pay yearly by bank transfer. Everyone else pays by card, monthly or yearly.
When is Gliddi Mail launching?
We're building it now and haven't set a date. Reserve an address and we'll write to you when it's ready.
Can I use Gliddi Mail without a team?
Yes, that's what this page is for. Reserve an address for yourself and use Mail on its own.
What happens when I reserve an address?
We hold the address you ask for and email you when Mail opens. It costs nothing and you're not signing up to a plan.
